Return Policy
Concha Labs™ offers a 60-day return policy for your Concha Sol™ Hearing Aids. To initiate a return, please contact us at care@conchalabs.com. Once we receive your request, we will send you a return label, which will cover shipping costs. When the return has arrived at our facilities, we will send a confirmation email and a full refund will be issued. To qualify for a full refund, both hearing aids and all accompanying accessories must be returned in undamaged* condition within 60 days from the date of delivery. Incomplete or damaged returns may be subject to a partial refund at the discretion of Concha Labs™.

*Undamaged Hearing Aids:
- The receiver wire is free from visible damage and is not torn, broken, or bent incorrectly.
- The receiver at the end of the receiver wire is attached to the receiver wire. The receiver is not broken or visibly damaged.
- The receiver wire is able to attach or is attached to the body of the hearing aid.
- The battery door is functional and can open and close with relative ease.
- There is no evidence of water damage on the hearing aid. The battery contacts show no signs of corrosion.
- The body of the hearing aid is intact without cracks, dents, or scratches. There is no evidence of damage by an external force such as a pet.
- The volume button on the hearing aid is present and operational.
- There is no evidence of glue, tape, or other adhesive material on the hearing aid.
